We are located in Dadong Steel Market, Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, which is one of the three biggest steel pipe markets in China. We have over 15 years of experience in manufacturing stainless steel. Our company enjoys very advantageous geographical position and very convenient transportation, covering an area of 160,000 square meters with fixed assets of RMB 1.2 billon. We employ more than 800 persons, among whom more than 200 persons are professional technicians, including senior engineers and senior staff for non-destructive testing. The annual production capacity of special seamless steel tubes can be 250,000 tons.

As a professional manufacturer, we supply high-quality seamless tubes and pipes with Diameter of 108~1200mm, wall thickness of 4~200mm, length of 4~12mm, mainly used in energy fields of nuclear power and thermal power stations, petroleum and petrochemicals. Individual weight of a steel pipe could be 25 tons. The range of pipes is from high pressure boiler seamless pipes, seamless pipes for petroleum & petrochemicals, high-pressure gas cylinder pipes, pipes for military industry, to pipes for alloy structures, etc. They have met the demands for large caliber, thick wall pipes of domestic energy equipment fields as well as other large equipment, to achieve localization and import substitution.

Our company has adopted a pioneering innovation in the combination of crafts, punching - pulling, skew rolling, reeling and sizing process. Technology and facilities are advanced and production process is optimized. The advanced production facilities are used in JS, such as hot extrusion sideling rolling equipment, all sorts of industry furnaces, hydraulic press machines, cone mill, reeling machine, sizing mill, cutting machine, straightening machine, etc, in order to improve product quality, meet demand of market, enhance competitive capacity.

A comprehensive quality assurance system is carried out in the company, with more than 3000sqm physical and chemical testing center, advanced testing equipment of hydrostatic pressure test machine, non-destructive test machine (a combined machine of eddy current test and ultrasonic test, hydraulic universal test machine, read-able spectrum instrument for Lab, impact testing machine, material microscopy by Carl Zeiss, high temperature lasting and creep testing machine, electronic high temperature creep relaxation test machines, carbon & surfur analyzer, high temperature lasting test.
